At last this year we are able to put on the show at the Marina Theatre in Lowestoft on Sunday Oct 6th, 2pm and 6pm.
All the pupils are busy rehearsing their numbers and getting very excited to perform on stage once again after such a long break .

Alex hit the jackpot this week with her amazing news that she has been awarded a DADA to attend Laine Theatre Arts in Epson.
We look forward to hearing all about her new journey in dance when she starts there in September.

Two students of the June Glennie School of Dance tied joint 1st Place in the ISTD Online Junior Ballet Awards at the weekend. Both dancers have worked so hard over the past few months preparing for the awards that usually take place on stage in Milton Keynes annually though due to Covid-19 the awards were hosted online this year via Zoom.

Just to let you know new term starts 7th Sept we are all looking forward to getting back to the studio and hopefully resuming some sort of normality to our dance life.
For BECCLES PUPILS
1 When arriving for your classes please wait on the side of Cooper car park with your parents until Sue waves you over ,so you don’t mix with students leaving the studio. Parents waiting to pix up children from their class please wait on studio side queueing toward Beccles public hall so that we don’t have to mix with people going into the fish and chip shop. This will only run smoothly if no one is late on arrival or leaving. If Sue is left with a child it will be taken back into the studio and and can be picked up at the end of the next class, please appreciate Sue will not be able to leave her class to bring a child downstairs to be collected. Under no circumstance must you enter the studio.
2 Please arrive in your dance wear and carry your shoes in .Do not bring coats and bags into the studio.If you are coming from school hang your bags etc on pegs, one child per peg.
3 When possible please go to the toilet before arriving at the studio.
4 If you have any problems please ring Sue on 07827322182 as she will not be able to speak to you at the door if lessons are to run on time.
5 If you have grown out of your dance shoes , dance in bare feet and order some new ones in September you can either text Sue or leave a message on Facebook messenger.

What a wonderful start to the week with Hiraani coming first and gaining a place in the finals with her ballet solo.
Also the ballet trio with Isabelle ,Hiraani and Suraya gained a 2nd place with special commendation.

Great day at Can You Dance in Norwich with some wonderful results
Charlotte was nominated for dancer of the year 2019 and also won 2 intensive days in 2 different classes
Lucy won teachers award and intensive summer scholarship for her musical theatre class
Chili and Ellie won scholarships in their Commercial class with Ellie winning the teachers award.
Scarlette received a teachers choice t-shirt in the juniors.
Another great result for Lillie-Grace who came 1st and won the song and dance cup at Richmond festival
Great first few days at Sudbury festival with Lillie-Grace getting an amazing 90 and first place with her song and dance solo .
